Jennifer Schultz LCSW
Jennifer Schultz is the Founder and Clinical Director of The Schultz Psychotherapy Group. She is a seasoned LCSW specializing in Child, Adolescent and Adult mental health. She has a BA from University of Michigan, an MA from New York University and an MA from Fordham University. After a career in television news, Jenn made a career change and went back to school to study social work at Fordham University. There, she was a Child First Scholar who went on to train at the Westchester Psychiatric Hospital division of New York Presbyterian Hospital. She trained in CBT at Cognitive Behavioral Consultants, PMT at Yale, and DBT at NY Presbyterian Hospital with further training in DBT at Cognitive Behavioral Consultants. Using various evidence-based practices, Jenn will build on the therapeutic relationship to support change for each client. Jenn believes that each individual is part of a larger system and will work within family, school or outside systems to support success and mental health. She brings passion and commitment to each client.
Karen Cousin LCSW
With a strength-based approach, Karen guides her adult and adolescent clients through life’s transitions, be it navigating grief/loss, relationships, illness, or shifts in family dynamics. Drawing from her humanistic and compassionate perspective, she provides a safe space for individuals to explore their vulnerabilities and confront their obstacles head-on. Life is rife with moments of anxiety and depression, and Karen recognizes the value of psychotherapy in addressing these issues. Whether the struggles are transient or enduring, she offers support tailored to each person’s unique journey.

Karen’s experience includes working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders and physical health challenges. Clients typically experience conflicts regulating their behavior within their families, personal lives and school settings. Karen supports and nurtures relationships with young people through building a rapport and trust. She explores with children how to process emotions and acquire appropriate skills to thrive in their homes, schools and social circles. Karen's work at the Greenwich Public School System gives her an expertise in developing IEP and 504 plans. She will be a key advocate for your child in coordinating with their school system when necessary.

In her practice, Karen fosters a collaborative relationship with her adult and adolescent clients, empowering them to navigate life’s twists and turns with resilience and self-awareness. By cultivating a nurturing environment built on trust and understanding, she helps individuals tap into their inner strengths and develop the skills needed to thrive in the face of adversity.


Julia Abiamo LCSW
Julia Abiamo is an LCSW specializing in child, adolescent, and young adult mental health. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Quinnipiac University and her Masters of Social Work from Hunter College. Julia trained at New York Presbyterian Hospital where she has worked as an inpatient clinical social worker since 2018. In 2021, Julia was promoted to an advanced clinician on the child and adolescent inpatient psychiatric units. Julia also has experience working within the school system, as well as specialized training in CBT, DBT, and working with LBGTQ+ youth. Julia helps children and families navigate developmental changes, and has a passion for identity development, complex trauma, and family systems work. Julia believes strongly in the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful growth and change.
Amanda Boccardi LCSW
Amanda Boccardi is an LCSW, with a specialization in child, adolescent, and young adult mental health. She received her BSW from Mercy College and her MSW from Adelphi University. Amanda has been working in the mental health field since 2015, serving children and families in different capacities, as well as involvement in community organization and advocacy. She served as the Director of Youth Services at the Mental Health Association from 2017 to 2021. Since then, Amanda has provided clinical psychotherapy to individuals and families in an outpatient setting.
Amanda emphasizes a person-centered approach, with the belief that each individual is unique, and their experiences are their own. With this belief, Amanda strives to create an environment which fosters safety, trust, empowerment and healing.
Amanda is an LGBTQ+ ally, supporting and encouraging all people to embrace their identity. She has experience working with a variety of mental health diagnoses, and has a special passion for working with those who struggle with eating disorders, mood disorders, and complex trauma. Amanda utilizes techniques specific to the needs of those she is serving, including expressive arts, DBT, CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness and meditation, holistic approaches, and trauma-informed care.


Dina Fisher LMSW
Dina Fisher is an LMSW specializing in working with adolescents and adults to achieve better mental health. She is committed to supporting individuals and families in times of crisis, as well as through their journeys of personal growth and healing.
Through compassion, empathy, and evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and others, she creates a non-judgmental and safe space to explore and process thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This therapeutic relationship encourages enhanced personal awareness, builds a repertoire of coping skills, and fosters positive change.
Dina specializes in helping individuals navigate the struggles of anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, ADHD, life-cycle changes, substance abuse, and other mental health concerns. She is passionate about helping families with children and adolescents with ASD and behavioral issues through parent coaching and support.
Dina has a BS in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University.

Ahuva is a warm, compassionate LMSW who focuses on creating a collaborative and supportive environment for clients. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and transformation. Ahuva focuses on working with younger children who struggle with Anxiety, ADHD, Mood Disorders and other social/emotional Adjustment Disorders. She firmly believes that all clients are part of a larger system and will work families and schools to best support each client.​

In addition to her work here at Schultz Psychotherapy Center, Ahuva works as a dean at a private high school. In that role she guides students through academic, social, and emotional hurdles. She partners with parents and families to best meet the various needs of each client. Ahuva is skilled at working with IEP and 504 plans and will collaborate with families, schools, and various outside systems to help each client achieve his or her goals. Ahuva will work actively with parents to support change in each young person.

Ahuva earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from NYU and her Master of Social Work from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work.

Ashley Riley LMSW
​​Ashley is deeply passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their unique strengths. She believes that every young person deserves a safe, affirming space where they can express themselves freely, feel seen and heard, and begin the journey toward healing and growth. With a compassionate, developmentally informed approach, she works collaboratively with clients and their families to foster resilience, emotional awareness, and self-confidence. Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, a teen is coping with identity concerns, or a young adult is facing life transitions, Ashley meets each individual where they are—with empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity.

Ashley's work is grounded in evidence-based practices, and guided by the belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. She tailors her approach to each client’s personality, needs, and goals, often incorporating creative and playful techniques to help younger clients feel engaged and empowered in the therapeutic process.
Ashley is skilled in; Play Therapy, CBT. Mindfulness, Executive Functioning Skill training, Motivational Interviewing. She has expertise working with clinical presentations including: Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Parent Support and Training, Self Esteem and Work/Life Balance.

Ashley graduated from Fordham University with a MA in Social Work. She went to University of Albany for her undergraduate work. Ashely is licensed in NY and Ct. She is a Certified NY and CT School Social Worker. When she is not at SPC, Ashley works at Greenwich High School.
